Yourself as the Pearl was inspired by the feeling I had when (yoga instructor) Emily Fleurant and I decided to collaborate on a clothing free meditation practice centred around coming out of your shell and embodying the role of Venus through holistic healing and sensuality without being sexualized.

We envisioned naked bodies moving in unison and honesty without judgement, wanting to make that space accessible and safe for people to be together in it all. Facilitating this meant treating participating bodies as the art forms they are while creating a collective experience embracing our divine feminine and celebrating what that means to us as a whole.

While Emily lead the movement I captured the warmness of (what felt like) stills from a dream sequence amplified by the full moon. These images are a documentation of trust, power, and intuition emerging together to showcase all the different versions of yourself as the pearl.
